Case Study 020
Add drama to your modern kitchen by mixing neutral tones with a vibrant colour. This open plan space combines cooking, living and dining, creating a multifunctional area that’s perfect for entertaining.
This kitchen showcases high gloss lacquer doors in brilliant white and lava grey, paired with sleek worktops in 20mm ‘Blanco Stellar’ quartz. This has also been used as wall cladding on the sink run, providing a seamless looking surface. The breakfast table in 50mm laminate wood effect creates texture and warmth in a minimalist design. The base units are illuminated with the use of spot lighting and handle trim strip lights, giving the appearance of a ‘floating’ worktop. Keeping it simple with a crisp white finish allowed the designer to add vibrancy with a splash of orange glass. A combination of neutral and bold colours brightens the room, giving a modern, open plan space a warmer feel.
